Bill, I too am trying to slim down, after a winter of eating dinner in front of the TV. I'm back down under 190, which is kind of the dividing line for me between a little heavy and too heavy. Walking all over Chicago last weekend really helped me. Lunch at Mr. Beef probably did not.
